Joe MackenzieGeneral Manager
Joe started his drilling career working on the Oil Rigs in Northern BC in 1980. He then decided to relocate to the Lower mainland to further his career in the Drilling industry moving from the “Oil Patch to the “Soil Patch” with SDS Drilling as a Geotechnical Environmental Driller.
Joe founded On Track Drilling in 2002 with 30 plus years in the industry, Joe brings a vast knowledge of the diverse soil conditions throughout BC and knows what equipment is needed to get the job done! Joe is always looking forward to talking to clients about upcoming projects and finding the best drilling solutions for them.
John Paul WegleitnerPresident & CEO
John Paul (JP) Wegleitner acquired On Track Drilling in August 2020 to make it part of Earth Drilling Co. Ltd. JP has more than two decades in the industry and vast experience in many diverse geographical locations throughout Alberta and Northern British Columbia. He implements innovative and unconventional drilling methodologies consistently, and with results, on large-scale geotechnical drilling projects.
Mike WasylyshenHSE Manager
As HSE Manager for On Track Drilling, Mike is responsible for overseeing the entirety of On Track Drillings Health and Safety Management System and directing new initiatives to strengthen the HSE system, standards and culture of the company.
